Project Management & advisory services for the extension of the educational premises in a heritage conversation zone, to increase the capacity of the Centre by an additional 6 children. The Client’s project objectives were clarified and several design solutions were presented to agree on the preferred solution that was inline with the vision and mission of Platinum Preschool. Methodical planning permitted the construction works to be completed while keeping the Centre fully operational.
