Cruz Property was engaged to project manage the design, development approval, tendering and construction of Northcott’s new day respite centre to amalgamate the existing 3 centres into one. A detailed design brief was prepared and through a series of collaborative design workshops the client’s Principal Project Requirements were finalised capturing Northcott’s operational needs. An Architect and key Consultants were engaged to design a highly functional and fully accessible building to provide a welcoming centre for Northcott’s disabled clients. The design provided innovated solutions for expansion of the building to cater for future growth of the company while still maintaining a fully operational centre. Cruz Property prepared a detailed project budget and assisted with Board approvals.
