Cruz Property was engaged during construction to manage the interface between ongoing warehouse operations and the construction of a new packaging facility. A comprehensive review of the project identified opportunities to improve the safety, coordination and sequencing of the works while maintaining uninterrupted business operations.Working closely with the client, builder and design team, Cruz Property coordinated the implementation of design improvements, resolved outstanding RFIs and managed construction staging to minimise operational disruption. The project was successfully delivered while maintaining safety, quality and programme objectives.

The engagement involved taking over the project part way through the design process following a series of fire compliance issues that had stalled the project. Cruz Property provided leadership to resolve the statutory compliance issues in the ageing building and finalise client changes to achieve sign off. Construction works were managed to minimise disruption to an operational office while still achieving program and budget.
