Compatibility criteria was identified and a detailed analysis completed on several hundred sites. Industry partners were engaged and a standardised due diligence process was prepared to create maximum efficiency. A thorough staged development process was created to provide the client with full transparency and to manage risk at milestone gateways. Standard SDA designs for each participant type were prepared along with project budgets and programs to enable concept development schemes to be rolled out at scale. Key SDA partners for each phase of the stages (development, tenanting and operations) were vetted and onboarded to create a turn-key solution for the client.
