The project involved the construction of lush landscaping with a generous pool surrounded by a decked entertaining area at the rear of a Coogee beach house. The restricted access was overcome by craning in excavation equipment over the house while creative solutions for pool compliance and structural integrity where required for constructing the pool on top of adjacent retaining walls.
The project involved renovation of a dilapidated, dark, 1950’s house into a modern, light, open plan country cottage inspired design. The tired outdoor entertaining area and landscaping was converted into a lavish raised deck with verdant landscaping. Services provided were providing the client with ergonomic design solutions to increase functional space and achieve the desired aesthetic and livability.
